Cat Donohoe
Cat, originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne, has spent the past 16 years working both nationally and internationally in the TV industry. She has won commissions for two independent documentaries that were broadcast on the BBC - M.E and Me and Disablilitease: Owning The Stage. Both documentaries follow strong female, or female identifying, characters with invisible disabilities.
Cat has worked across branded content, podcasts, documentaries, entertainment, reality and drama. Producing the popular two-part docudrama Vardy V Rooney: A Courtroom Drama (Channel 4) starring Michael Sheen, Natalia Tena and Chanel Cresswell. Most recently Cat has produced and Executive Produced Rob Brydon's popular podcast series Brydon &.

Development Executive Producer
Nick Withers
Over Nick's career he has won multiple commissions for leading broadcasters and streamers, from funny factual, comedy ents, kids, quiz and documentary. Encompassing popular titles such as: Will and Ralf Should Know Better (U & Dave), Dating No Filter (SKY), Britain’s Best Parent (C4) Rap Tales (SKY KIDS), Don’t Hate the Playaz (ITV2) That’s My Jam (BBC).
During his time as Head of Development at Monkey Kingdom (NBC Universal), Nick spearheaded the charge in creating content for the kids market, including animation, which has led to many commissions and the formation of a subsidy, Monkey Kids.
Nick also has extensive experience in digital production, spanning the development and producing of Pete & Sam’s Reality News (originally for Instagram and moving to E4) to developing a brand funded reality series for TikTok.

Hendrika Seguro-Bigg
Hendrika is an experienced Producer with a diverse background in TV, spanning prime-time, factual entertainment, documentary, live broadcasts, news, and the charity sector. She has worked with major broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5, as well as independent production companies.
In addition to her work in television, Hendrika is the creator, producer, and host of The Girlie Show, an all-female comedy cabaret that champions funny women in the North East.
Hendrika was selected as a recipient of New Writing North’s 2024 Emerging Creative Associates fund and was the winner of the Sketch for Sammy 2025 competition, writing the acclaimed "Geordie AI" sketch for the Sunday for Sammy 2026 show.
